1. Property Upload Terms:
All uploaded property dimensions, locations, pricing details, and legal documentation must be completely authentic. Listings containing fraudulent or misleading details will be removed immediately without prior notice.
2. Withdrawal & Deletion Terms:
Upon successful property sale or rental agreement completion, owners are required to mark listings as 'Withdrawn' or 'Mark as Sold'. Withdrawn listings cannot be automatically restored once finalized.
3. Platform Usage Terms:
Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or commercial distribution of platform media, source code, or property data is strictly prohibited by law.
Anti-Spam & Fraud Protection
To maintain system integrity and protect users from fraudulent activities, duplicate postings, and spam communications, automated screening algorithms operate continuously across the platform.
- Creating duplicate or repetitive listings for the same property is strictly prohibited.
- Listings containing unverified contact details, invalid phone numbers, or low-quality media will be automatically flagged for administrative audit.
- Accounts engaged in spam behavior, fraudulent activity, or compliance violations will face permanent termination.
